Hello,
we want to migrate an old jira instance to our cloud instance. The Server Version runs on 7.4.2 and as far as I know the migration tool needs at least 7.6
So i wanted to upgrade the old Jira zu 7.6 but the health check tells me that the embedded Database is H2 and gives me a red sign.
My the question is can i upgrade nevertheless or do i have to change the database?
Also: One of the Projects that need to bei migrated is a Service Desk Project at Version 3.6.2 do we need an update for this as well?
Thanks in advance
we updated the database to PostgreSQL and also Jira to the newest Version as a trial version which then was migrated to the cloud.
