Hi Kumari, Jira and Jira Work Management are separate products.
Here is Atlassian information on pricing:
Yes, the Standard (and Premium) pricing support up to 35,000 users.
Pricing is based on a Per-User License. If you go with an Annual Plan, and you have 200 users, you would pay for an annual license up to 200 users. If you go with the Monthly Plan, you pay for how many users are using the system per month. If you start with 100 users, then have 10 more users each month, you're not paying for the full 200 users. Then if you go over 200, (say to 210), you're covered, as you will pay for 210 users that month. There are pros and cons for each. We started with the monthly, until our user count levels off.
