Unstoppable doesn't work

Hi everybody

I am using the Jira Software server v8.5.8#805008 and I install a Unstoppable plugin, and create a group fot them and add an user, but even thogh I can't hear anything

There is another configuration for unstoppable?
At documentation I didn't understand this part:

"

• Once installed, You will need to create accessibility group and add it to unstoppable in the configuration screen."

After creating the group, have you added that group in the "unstoppable" plugin's configuration?
