Hello everyone, I need community help.
Today, when I logged into Jira, I received a message saying that we have exceeded the 2 GB free limit. This surprised me because just yesterday, there was a message indicating that we were using only 75% of the available space.
However, an even greater surprise awaited me when I noticed that we had exceeded the limit by 1.3 GB. I've asked the team and reviewed all the issues where changes were made in the last three days, and I couldn't find any large attachments. Only small screenshots, each a few hundred kilobytes.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Perhaps you can advise me on what and where to check? Right now, my only wild guess is that there might be some error causing our used space to be counted twice.
I haven't heard any incident reports in this area, so I'd assume that there are big attachments added to some of your issues. It is, unfortunately, not trivial to find the relevant issues/attachments, but have a look at e.g. this thread for further guidance:
Best,
Hannes
