Mine is a team-managed project and hence I can see it. 

For company-managed-project, we can view this.

Is there any alternative where team-managed projects can also see Reports option?

For team-managed reports, you need to enable the Reports option:

Only project admins can enable and disable features for their projects.

  1. Navigate to your team-managed software project.

  2. Go to Project Settings > Features.

  3. Enable the Reports feature.
