Unable to use trigger Sprint Complete

I have created an automation rule

Trigger = Sprint completed

Condition = Component matches

Condition = Summary contains "BAU"

Action = close ticket

Action clone ticket

Error

• The rule has been configured with components that require issues to be provided by the trigger. To run these components you must add a branch for this sprint or JQL. The following components require issues: Clone issue, Issue condition, Transition issue

I dont understand this error and can't see why this isnt working, any advice welcome

Hi @Stuart HArris , 

I think you should add a Branch just after the Trigger : 

New Branch -> Brach rule / related issues -> Issues in the sprint

This should provide the issues you need to run the following actions.

That has worked great thanks, I tried adding a branch but couldn't work out what to do with it on this occasion. thank you for the detailed instructions.
