Yes, trying to access it via project settings > automation
And I have tried the first 3 of your suggestions yet the same issue, hence opting for 4 :)

We had the same issue with listing of Project automations.
Refresh the page and try again. If this problem persists, contact Atlassian support.
in my case the role "Pproject Team" was missing.
now i can see the automations as it should.
Workaround, go to Gobal Automations, it will be listed there anyway.
