To be clear you receive this error when you navigate to project settings > automation?

things to try...

  1. different browser 
  2. navigate to global automation > admin - system - global automation 
  3. ask a peer if the are seeing this
  4. contact Atlassian support

Yes, trying to access it via project settings > automation

And I have tried the first 3 of your suggestions yet the same issue, hence opting for 4 :)

Thanks for reaching out! So we can get a little more info about this problem, it’s best if you raise this through the support portal at so the team can take a closer look.


We had the same issue with listing of Project automations.

We couldnt load this page

Refresh the page and try again. If this problem persists, contact Atlassian support.

in my case the role "Pproject Team" was missing.

now i can see the automations as it should.


Workaround, go to Gobal Automations, it will be listed there anyway.
