Please get in touch with the Org Admin to check which password policy they have set and if this has been communicated through the organization.

Hello @Pravin Kumar ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

The minimum password for Jira Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk) is simply 8 characters with no complexity requirements. Up to 100 characters are accepted in the password field on the maximum end.

Could you please try in incognito mode in chrome and check if it works.

Regards,
Mayur

If the account is managed by your organization, you need try more complex passwords or you can use the third-party website to help to generate passwords.
