Unable to see the development panel on Jira ticket

Hi,

I have integrated GIT with Jira and all the repositories are linked, however I am unable to see the development panel. 

We have also gave the permission schema, but it's of no luck.

Can someone help?

please check the permission scheme.  and the following permission

And in Project Settings --> Development Tools --> 

Please check, whether it connected to Git or not.

Thank you for the insights.. I tired the same and still no luck. Still unable to see Dev panel if I hookup with Github.

If I integrate with bitbucket. it's visible.
