Unable to see boards name after migration

Hi Team,

We are Unable to see boards name after migration.

Its showing name "Private"

Hi @prajakta_desai 

Can you please check if you able to view these boards by click on edit setting option on the three dots from left side, or board is also visible after the migration

We can see only move and delete option, after clicking on 3 dots.

@prajakta_desai Can you check on your source instance for any board with these projects and check what filter they are using and what permission that filter is having because you need to have view permission on the filter to view that board that filter is using, if you do not have view permission on that filter then you will not able to see that board and in admin section of board search it show as private.

Once you check any board filter from your source instance from where you migrated the data then check that same filter in Cloud instance in global filter search found in below location just change your-domain with your Jira hostname and search that filter and click on three dot on right side to change the owner of that filter to your account and update the view permission same as that of source Jira instance as sometime user who owned that filter is not having account on cloud instance could lead to this problem or there may be other issues also.

Please check if this could be the problem or let me know if this is not the case.
