Unable to scroll in Kanban board in iPadOS

In the Kanban board and any modal pop-up from it (including any story), I’m unable to scroll down in Safari on iPadOS.

I understand there are mobile apps to interface with JIra, but using Safari gives me the whole Jira experience, and in iPadOS is 99% better than the app.

As an aside - the modal/story close button also takes two clicks to close on iPadOS. I know this is a deficiency of the hover heuristics in Safari/iOS, but it could be easily fixed by putting the hover effect behind a line of CSS.
