Unable to obtain the oAuthAccessToken and oAuthToken secret although ive configured the consumer app.

 Im trying to connect to  JIRA REST API through  Jira.CreateOAuthRestClient() but im not able to obtain the above keys and im able to connect JIRA application to perform operations through API.
