Unable to mark the sprint complete and it gives below error when we click on "Complete"
Something gone wrong and our team has been notified. Please contact Atlassian support if the error persists: ERROR: NDBLCD
There was a new view for the Agile board view for us that was enabled. It was a toggle "Turn off New View" (or something like that) that has since disappeared so I don't remmeber. When I turned it off, I was able to complete my Sprint.
Make sure all the done issues are in the right most column of the board, unless they are in right most column, you wont be able to close the sprint.
Sometimes users have separate column for lets day Closed, Cancelled, which throws error while closing the sprint.

Hi @Rajat Leekha ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It could be a temporary error, Did you tried in different browser ?
I would suggest you to delete the browser cache and retry the operation.

@Wojciech Szczypka Could you share your board column configuration screenshot ? I am interested to see status & column mapping. May be it'll help to answer your question.

Thanks Vishal, but the issue (error NDBLCD) seems resolved… I was able to complete the sprint from backlog view after ca 1h (earlier it was also not possible).
The issue must have been temporary, as then in the NEW sprint I opened yesterday - it was possible to get to the "complete sprint" screen (when we can select where the uncompleted issues should go)
