Also on the bottom more filed you will see filed time tracking you can open it and time logging screen will open.

Hello @Jyoti Manandhar
Looks like you don't have the permission to "log work" are you project admin? If you are please go to Project settings -> Permission scheme -> Log work check if you user is in the group or the role that has "Log work " permissions. You can also use permission helper.
If you cant see Project settings you are not an admin you need to contact the person responsible.

Note limit the use of "any logged-in user" and use roles and groups instead. Go to people and add yourself to the developer role. Also, check with the permission helper on the permission scheme if everything checks out.
Okay if the permissions are correct let's move to the next possible thing.
Check filed configuration on your project settings - field - filed configuration check if the "log work" field is there and it's not hidden.
Have you edited your workflow? Can you edit your issue when in the backlog status? Please check your workflow. open the workflow - edit- choose status (backlog) not the transition the status and edit check if there is a property like "Jira. issue.disabled"
Do you use the tempo time sheet app?

Hi @Olga Videc , apparently, the time tracking provider was set to Quantify:auto pilot mode so I was unable to view the option to log effort.
The issue is now fixed.
