Unable to load resource from server

Hey,

We have placed in a folder on the Jira server. When trying to load these js files, the time is exceeding above 60s and the js doesn't load at all even though we are getting 200 status code. 

Upon searching, we stumbled upon an atlassian doc which states that the issue might be because of load balancing. ( https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-page-loading-issue-with-the-error-err_http2_protocol_error-thrown-in-the-browser-developer-tool-1085208460.html)

Now, the issue is that we need to load them but are unsure about how to progress further. Please suggest how we can  get those js files to load.
