Hi,
I am able to see the "Time Tracking"field when I create an issue in the backlog and the same is also enabled for all users. I see the default value 2w 4d 6h 45 minutes. However when I try to enter the estimate for a ticket unfortunately it does not get updated.
Was wondering if anyone else also faced a similar issue.

Your admins have bodged some javascript into your system to set a default, and it's almost certainly that breaking your input.
Try removing the default bodge.
