I can't create a new epic issue from project roadmap in some of boards. The project has multiple boards, and in some of them I can create epics from roadmap but at some others I can't.
The below error is shown:" Something went wrong.Board is required."
It's really strange because the board settings are the same for each of them and all the boards are under the same project settings.
How can I solve this?
Many thanks,
Brinkela
Hi @Brinkela Selima , welcome to the community.
I can't say for sure what's going on based on the information provided. But here are some of the things I would try if it's helpful. One point of clarification, and maybe a bit of confusion on my part, is that roadmaps are not tied to Boards rather they are associated with the project. So if you are saying that you're able to create epics in one project and not another, then it may be a permission issue and you should discuss with the proper administrator.
Hi @Jack Brickey , thank you for your answer.
Actually it is a company-managed project with multiple boards. I am saying that I can create epics in one board and not another, but they are in the same projects and the roadmaps are created from issues with the "Board filter".
1. I tried different browsers and is still the same.
2. My colleagues are experiencing the same issue
3. I can create an epic outside of the roadmap, I select the board I want the epic to be and it is also shown in the roadmap. I just can't create them from the roadmap itself.

Ok, got it. So there have been some incidents reported, but according to the status page, they should be resolved. It may be that these issues could explain what you are experiencing as well. I would report this to Atlassian support.
