I have successfully configured an Application tunnel between Atlassian Cloud and my local Bitbucket Server instance following the steps outlined here:

Connect to self-managed products with application tunnels | Atlassian Support

The tunnel status displays as connected on both ends.

However, whenever I try to create a tunneled application link from my Jira cloud instance to self-managed Bitbucket server using the tunnel it says "No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue."

The URL is certainly correct and I have tried everything found in this document :

Troubleshoot application tunnels | Atlassian Support

But have not been able to resolve the issue.

Does anyone have some advanced troubleshooting tips that might help me out?

Hello @Richard Suignard

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Did you follow all the steps in this document that pertain to Bitbucket Server?

Hi @Trudy Claspill Yes I did.  External access is confirmed. Tunnel status is "Connected" on both ends and I verified the new additional port configuration in Bitbucket is available and responding to HTTP requests.  Also see that same correct port number being refenced in the inlets commandline for the process running on my Bitbucket server.
