The error you are facing occurred because of a short and temporary incident that added a new option to the Epic status field, causing Jira application to don't render it with the correct and expected values.
That being said, this problem has been fixed and its fix deployed for all Jira Cloud sites in the past few days. Can you please confirm if this problem is still reproducible in your site?
