Tenho um projeto no Jira e utilizo a opção de quadro kanban, no qual, vinculo os problemas do Jira com tickets abertos no zendesk.

Fiz um comentário no problema do Jira marcando a opção ZendeskSupport, dessa forma, o comentário feito no Jira é sincronizado no ticket do zendesk, porém o usuário que é exibido no zendesk é diferente do usuário que efetuou o comentário no Jira.

Gostaria de saber se é possível configurarmos para puxar automaticamente o mesmo usuário responsável pelo comentário no Jira.
