Translation English to Japanese in Jira Software

Hello Jira Team,

Question: Does Jira have translation capability between English to Japanese and vice verse?

Desired Feature:

If client writes comment in Japanese, we should be able to translate that comment into English. Then we reply in English and client can translate our response to Japanese.

Most Used Sections/Fields: Comments, Description, Acceptance Criteria 

Current Jira version: Jira v8.5.4.

Would be great to hear if there is any out of box solution or additional recommended plugin that can help to have this feature.
