Looking at the time tracking apps for Jira server, If 2 or more users work a ticket would like to get total the total time on the ticket by user. The OOTB time tracking looked to be at the ticket level.
Do the time tracking apps that are available, does it require the ticket to be assigned to the user in order to track time by user? or preferably looking for the tracking to be by the user updating the ticket. If there is some back & forth with analyst & developer we are not always flipping the assigned to back & forth.
Tempo Timesheets is a plugin this has a functionality to calculate issue timing based on different configurations.
