To get list of Agile boards which has share type as "share with everyone"

Hi Team,

I need to get the list of boards that are shared with everyone, i tried using  SQL query as suggested in this document https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-get-list-of-all-filters-shared-with-everyone-808486334.html, but I'm getting some syntax error while using this. We are using Mysql 5.7.38, can anyone help me this.

This is the error we are having,
