Hello !
I would like launch a timer when an issues is created in order to send a notification when this timer has reached 10 minutes.
My goal is to find a timer in the application and configurate notification according to is value.
I searched a property on steps of workflow or on issues, for example a type of a data field, but I didn't find a solution.
Is it possible to do something like that ?
Please, someone can help me ?
This is an old question, but I am working on cleaning up order, unanswered questions.
If you happen to be on Jira cloud, you have built-in automation that could achieve your goal. You would set up the automation rule such that it would run every 10 minutes or whatever interval, you desire. Then it would check the current time against the created time.
