Hi Team,

I created a Time in status report recently to calculate time spent by defect in particular component (vlocity)

we want to check tickets only which has status- Backlog, In Progress, Designing, Building, Ready to test.

so when component is changed from unknown to vlocity and moved from "In Progress" to "E2E Testing" the time difference is 4 hours 14 minutes.. but in time in status it showing     3d 16h 43m

Could you please help me calculate accurate value?

Hi @Anuradha Yadav

Welcome to the community.

How does your report look like and do you use an app for time in status options?

All these details will help members of the community to assist you on your request, if possible.

Without details we are somewhat guessing, as each Jira instance is setup to the requirements of a company or individual
