Hello together,
i'm looking for an solution to track times like costs in the tempo cost tacker. We have some customers with different contracts. These contracts usually run for 1 year and include a certain number of maintenance hours. If I now book hours in a corresponding project at the pace, I would like them to be deducted from the existing hourly contingent, so that I always have an overview of the remaining hours.
I would also like to be informed if the hours consumed exceed a threshold to be set.
We use the following modules:
- Tempo for Cloud
- Tempo Cost Tracker
Will anybody have an solution for me?
Regards
In Tempo, you have the option to set an hourly monthly budget for an Account.
The burndown of these hours can be seen in a dashboard gadget, the Tempo Account Monthly Budget Burn-up Chart.
There is also an Account gadget where you have the option to set a target of hours for a selected timeframe. The Tempo Account Custom Burn-Up Chart Gadget will show you the progress of hours logged on the selected Account.
Please note that these gadgets do not send any notifications when the the hours logged are reaching the budget.
In case these gadgets are not what you are looking for, can you please create a feature request in our Tempo Ideas portal.
Best regards,
Susanne Götz

Hi @Ronny Gohlke ,
Using Worklog Report: Customer Requests Worklog Portal Report | Atlassian Marketplace app you may define annual contracts with monthly hours and monitor the logged vs remaining hours. You may also show the report on the portal - so that your customers can see how much time have they consumed.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Annie
