Time Estimates - Feature missing from settings

Hi there, I have a few software projects and I would like to turn on time estimates, I followed this guide but the feature is not available on my instance of JIRA.

There are a few different places to set time tracking options.

First, are you working with Company Managed projects or Team Managed projects? It will say which one a project is at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left. The article above is specific to Team Managed projects. If you are working with a Company Managed project the process is different.
