In our company, tasks in the 'done' and 'to deliver' columns indicate that the tasks are ready. However, in the burn-down chart, only tasks from the 'done' column are displayed. Therefore, the reports are not up-to-date. In the settings, the 'to deliver' column has a status of 'done' and is highlighted in green. What could be the issue?

Hi @Человек _2 , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question!

I had a look at the documentation for the Burndown Chart and it doesn't say explicitly but I wonder if you also need to have the resolution set in order for the chart to consider the issue 'Done'.

View and understand the burndown chart | Jira Software Cloud | Atlassian Support

Please can you check in the workflow if there is a post function setting the Resolution to Done for the Done / To Deliver statuses? 

If that doesn't solve the issue, please write back with your feedback and either I or someone else will try to help.
