The result of the filter is incorrect

Hi all

   We filter the custom fields for some options, and the filtered results often appear incorrect, but when we refactor the project index, the results are displayed fine, whether there is a way to avoid this behavior (every time you have to manually refactor the project index), which affects the actual use of the project for us

Not sure if I fully understand. Are you having a problem with JQL search (filter) or maybe Custom Field options values (that you define XYZ but are showing CDE)? 

If this is not the case could you please give more details? (A screenshot worth a thousand words might be helpful as well)

   For example, the condition of this query statement is "Team Location == Shanghai RF AE team", and the result of the query is "Team Location ==HEfei Baseband AE team".

After our inspection, we found that our colleagues made similar changes, we reconstructed the project index, and the display is normal
