The field Summary (and some) is absent in the list of available fields during External System Import

I'm doing what I did many times before but now it doesn't work. 

External System Import. I use previously tested CSV and field configuration file. This time some fields are just absent in the list of available field for mapping. For instance "Summary" which is even not optional or "Original Estimate".

Funny fact that "Summary" and "Original estimate" available via CSV import from the list of issues screen, but there I have other fields that aren't available
