I have the Dev QA workflow set up for all of my projects. I need a notification setting up for when a ticket comes in from Jira Service Desk as a To Do.

I cannot figure out how to do this even with the link. We are using the Cloud version of Jira.

most of the fields are only visible if they have a value. There are a few exceptions, but you can't control this behaviour.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
So to clarify: I want to add an existing field, so it is always there by default, despite having specific value or not.
