Hi Team,
There is a request from our customer that one text field(Catalog) value should copy to another text field(Fix catalog) and that to only when we are in resolve transition. I tried using copy post function but it is not working as expected. Can some one help me on this.
Have you tried using Automation rule to achieve this?
The rule could be triggered when the issue gets resolved (or transitioned into the resolved status).
