Dear Tempo and team members,
While using Tempo for the 3rd month, one of our member kept on getting this error and entered record had gone missing. It was ok for the past 2 months.
1. Is there anyway for him to recover and data?
2. How to stop this error?

Can you please create a ticket for this problem in our Tempo Support portal so we can better investigate it.
Information if this user has this problem on all issues and if it also affects other users is helpful.
