We are using Tempo Planner and have a dropdown in issue creation for our projects that utilises the Tempo 'Account' field.

For some Account entries (approx 1 in 5) there are consistently duplicates, two entries with the same name, despite there only being a single entry defined for them in Tempo > Accounts.

Oddly if you click on one of the entries in the dropdown if you open the dropdown again that entry duplicate is gone, showing only one entry.

Not certain if it's relevant, but this Tempo (Cloud) environment was created as a migration from another Tempo (Cloud) environment, during a recent company split.

Am also thinking that more entries are being duplicated over time, though can't be certain.

Hi Navid,

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support portal, so we can better investigate this problem?

Information on how the migration was done might be helpful.

Best regards,
Susanne Götz
