I want to toss templates into fields in Jira (similar to Confluence templates) depending on the story need (i.e. add a field, change permission, deploy, etc.) to provide consistency for my DevTeam and DevOps Team. Ideally, there would be a drop-down or a way to copy and paste the content, then simply fill out the needed details. Maybe somewhat similar to the info panel that had options.
Hello @Russell Brown
Into what type of fields do you want to add these templates? Are you talking about free-form Paragraph fields (multi-line text)?
Are you working with a Software, Service, or Work Management project?
How many different templates would there be?
