Tabs are not loading under Application Links after JIRA Upgrade Edited

Hi Team,

 We have upgraded the jira instance from v8.7.1 to v8.13.3 on dev instance.  We observed that the tabs are not loading under the authentication method. We found this article from Atlassian, https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/tabs-are-not-loading-under-application-links-authentication-method-734072035.html but we did not see any shield on our browsers. Could you please suggest us how to resolve this issue ?

Found the solution :

If your application links have stopped working after a recent upgrade it's possible that your customizations to the application's server.xml file were overwritten. Custom changes can include reverse proxy configuration and HTTPS configuration. You should check that the upgraded server.xml file matches the pre-upgrade server.xml.

"Compared current server.xml file with backup serever.xml file and noticed current files need to be updated.
Resolution: copy file server.xml from backup folder and replace with current server.xml file
(took the backup of original file as well).
