Switching from Story Points to Time - Jira Reports and Widgets behavior

Dear Community!

I have an important question, as cannot find answers on the internet  (or not straight enough). We will use the time tracking solution provided by Atlassian in JIRA, therefore it makes more sense for us to switch estimating stories and tasks from Story Points to Time.

Although, I cannot find the information about the JIRA report's behavior - are those gonna be automatically adjusted to the new option, or shall we take additional action adjusting them manually?

The same goes for Sprint Insights available on our boards.

I would be grateful for your quick support on this topic.

Hi @Adrian Szubert,

The Jira boards and reports will not change automatically. You will have to manually reconfigure them. 

For tracking / reporting you could try also our Great Gadgets app. It offers many gadgets (including sprint burndown chart, release burdnown chart or team velocity) that works with both story points and time estimates.
