I wish to know how will i identify who is the super admin on Jira
Hello Neelam,
In order to make this difference, you need Administrator permissions.
You have to go to Global permissions, and see who has access to the Jira System Administration permission (who are what you call Super Admin I guess). The classic administrators will only have the Jira Administrator permission.
Let me know if it helped,
Guilhem
