By default sub-tasks have a hierarchy level of -1, which doesn't show in the Timeline view, even with Advanced Roadmaps.

How can the hierarchy level be changed to show sub-tasks ?

Hi @YJ Rodrigues ,

Hope this knowledge article helps. This will show how to display sub-task in advanced roadmaps.

Thanks Benjamin.

Unfortunately that article explains how to convert sub-tasks into tasks, which is not what I wanted, as that would destroy my hierarchy of tasks.

In Jira server, there used to be a way to create an adhoc hierarchical view of issues (regardless of the type) using the Structures

Is there anyway to do something similar in Jira Cloud ?..
