Subscription suspended

Hi! I have my Jira Cloud subscription suspended due to credit card issues. I would like to fix that problem right now but I am not finding the way. I have fixed and register a valid credit card but Jira is still suspended.
How could I proceed in order to put Jira back with all the data and projects I have?

I have openned a ticket there but the priority was set by default as 2 and I still did not have receive any reply. Does it take more than one day to be replied?

We are getting same issues, and still it shows suspended even we have already paid the amount

Agreed. This is pretty absurd that they've set this up this way.

Same issue is observed and unable to access my Project, need help in immediate basis
