Subject: Revisiting your Jira Portfolio question (2017) – Let's find a solution!

Hi @Brijesh Mukundan Sathi ,

I'm reviewing older unanswered questions in the community.

Since Atlassian products evolve quickly, especially over the past few years, some of the concepts you mentioned might be outdated. If you could clarify a few points, I (or another community member) might be able to provide a solution or at least mark this question as resolved.

  • Jira Portfolio: Could you describe what you were referring to as "Jira Portfolio"? The interfaces and terminology have changed quite a bit since 2017.

  • Adding Multiple Projects: Yes, you can absolutely add multiple projects in Jira. There are two types now: "Team-managed" and "Company-managed". You can learn more here:
    https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-are-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects/

  • Story Points Allocation/Resource View: I'm not quite sure what you meant by "allocation/resource view" or "all resources." If you could elaborate, I'd be happy to try and understand your question better.

Since your question is from 2017, I'll propose closing it if there's no further response. This would assume the question is obsolete/depercated due to the lack of activity and details.

Let me know if you have any updates!

Best regards,
Sergio G.
