Stories marked as Done not having a Strikethrough

All my boards except for one will show a strikethrough when the story is marked as done, this is easy to identify what are still open...One of my boards does not have that UX on the board...it used to until I add a couple of statuses tho.

Hi Kimberly, tickets are crossed out when the resolution field is filled regardless of the state name.

That is why it is very important that all the flows you use set the resolution when entering a closing state.This can be done in two ways:
Adding a postfunction that updates the resolution
Putting a transition screen with the resolution field.

Just as important is to "clean" the resolution when it goes from a closed state to an open one, that is, when a ticket is reopened.
