Hello,
I have not been able to receive email notifications since I joined my company on 8/21/23.
Can someone please assist me? I have all of my emails toggled to be ON in my settings. I checked all of my email filters and inboxes and none of them have any emails.
@Alex Ho I found there was a suppression on your account from our side. I have cleared this. This tends to happen when we get a bounce from your SMTP server when attempting to deliver mail. If the inbox wasn't setup yet when you tried to create your account for the first time, it could have caused this.
Thanks @Andy Heinzer for the quick fix! I confirmed that I am able to receive emails now :)
