We recently added Great Gadgets for Jira Cloud for advanced reporting.
When configuring a new gadget one of our projects does not appear in the Board field. I've tried scrolling through the available list, typing the project name and the project ID.
The project is set to private but I have tested against other private boards and have had no issues.
Any tips here?
After investigation we found out that the searched text, which was the project name or key, did not match the board name. Apparently the board was renamed into something completely different that project name and this was causing the confusion.
The solution is to rename the board into something more suggestive, or to simply search by its actual name.
