Now, we use github enterprise with ip whitelist.

Is there any way to connect github with ip whitelist on Jira and Confluence?

Per your description, I understand you are restricting your Github to connect with a restricted number of whitelisted IP ranges, so you are looking for the Ip ranges/Domains of your Atlassian Cloud applications to properly add them to the whitelist. Is that correct?
