Can you see if there are any blockers on 'mbrown@nationalpowerandgas.co.uk' as they are not receiving any JIRA ticket updates. They are a standard/customer profile.

That being said, I just wanted to let you know that we, as a community, don't have access to your instance and most of us don't work for Atlassian.

User does not have access to those settings. I have looked through the community and looks like sometimes email address' are blacklisted and I have seen some Atlassian staff whitelist via here but I will get our admins to log a full ticket.

What do you mean he doesn't have access to these settings? He doesn't receive ticket updates, or invitation to join the instance? If the latter, then yes members on the community, which happens to work for Atlassian can look at your issue. However, since you are on a paid plan, you are entitled to raise a request directly to Atlassian. If that's the case, then visit https://support.atlassian.com/contact
