Use Jira Software from 2020 for daily work.
Found the issue in low frequency, and irregular, but impact my work especially monthly meeting with group.
Issue description:
Sometimes, scrum board/kanban board doesn't work whole day. -- can open the page, but hard to show the page (Blank at all)
Sometimes, hard to add the Jira Filter into Confluence page.
They are so abnormal for 1-2 days. But they will be availble in next day or next week.
Not sure why, but really matters.
Never met the similar issue in other software platform before.
More finding:
Advanced roadmap works.
Dashboard doesn't work.
Kanban board doesn't work.
Various of report doesn't work.

Does that happen on some other browser too ?
Also , you may want to check the browser tool and see what is happening with the request.
