Buen día,

Tildé la casilla de "Sprint paralelos" desde Configuración-> Productos->Configuración de Jira Software. Sin embargo, cuando vuelvo al proyecto, sigo sin poder crear un sprint mientras otro esté activo.

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo? Muchas gracias!

Hello @Emanuel ,

Do you have permission to manage sprints in the project?

In general, sprint actions require the Manage Sprints permission. However, there are some sprint actions (e.g. adding issues to sprints, removing issues from sprints) that require the Schedule Issues and Edit Issues permissions. See Permissions overview for more information.
