I'm having an issue with my Sprint Health Gadget report because my task in the "In Review" status counts as a task in "In Progress".

I already configured the workflow on the project configuration for count "In Review" status as Done and also in the Issues status configuration in the same way.

Can someone please give me some guidance about how can I set up el Sprint Health Gadget?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Jesús David Nieto Duran -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No, that is not possible.

The Sprint Health Gadget is using the concepts for the Jira Scrum board, and so "not started" is the left-most board column, "completed" is the right-most column, and "in progress" is everything in the middle.  The status category of statuses has no impact.  Please look here to learn more: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile064/jira-agile-user-s-guide/using-the-jira-agile-gadgets/using-the-sprint-health-gadget

And so the only way to do what you ask is to change the board configuration, moving the "In Review" status to the right-most board column.

Yet without seeing your entire workflow, I am puzzled.  "Done" normal means everything is done for a work item with Scrum.  Why would "In Review" mean completed to your team?  Is there work (or potential work) still to do when "In Review"?

Kind regards,
Bill

Thanks for your response, Bill! Really appreciate your help.

Yeah, agree with you, but our main concern is that our current progress is being affected by "In Review" status, cause we have some artists, the review process sometimes takes a lot of time and then goes back to "To Do" or "In Progress" seems like we didn't make any progress on the Sprint Health Gadget
