Jira Cloud's comands / requests do not respond, they fall off by timeout
task preview does not work, but the application is enabled
the problem is not only with me, but with all the teams
How can this be fixed?
Hi @Julia Dudnyk ,
Earlier today we had an issue with the Jira Cloud for Slack integration. I believe this is the issue you were seeing - during that period, issue previews may not have worked, and trying to create an issue in Slack might have returned an error message saying "operation_timeout".
As of a few minutes ago (Dec 21, 17:50 UTC), we resolved the issue that was causing errors. Everything should be back to normal with the integration. Please give it a try!
Cheers,
Daniel | Atlassian Support
